Equipment advantages

The main component of nylon fiber in waste tires is synthetic resin*polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resin(it is by-product of petrochemical industry). Polyvinyl chloride resin calls polyvinyl chloride for short, it is macromolecular compound made from chloroethylene, it has thermoplasticity and good chemical resistance.
Polyvinyl chloride is the second largest general resin in the world. Polyvinyl chloride is of high intensity, low cost of construction, recyclable, less influence by environment, safe and healthful. It can be used in pressure conduit and gravity pipeline, and the fields of plastics package and products. It has become ideal material in industry and consumer use owing to its low price and prominent balance.
It has taken the place of rolled steel, wood, cement, glass, ceramics and other regular and basic materials after appearing as a resulting of its excellent physiochemical performance, and it used in tens of thousands of fields quickly. With the development of building industry in China, plank, tubing and section develop rapidly. It is estimated that the quantity demand of polyvinyl chloride resin will be up to 9.11 million ton in 2010. 1 ton PVC resin consumes 0.53 ton ethylene, and 1 ton PE resin consumes 1.05-1.10 ton ethylene, theoretically speaking, the petroleum, which used to produce 1 ton PE products, can produce 3 ton PVC products.
